The LHZ1 type damping spring shock absorber combines the advantages of both spring shock absorbers (low frequency) and rubber shock absorbers (high damping). It eliminates the amplitude surge during resonance in spring shock absorbers and solves the problem of high natural frequencies in rubber shock absorbers, resulting in significant effects on active damping, impact damping, and passive isolation.
The LHZ1 type damping spring shock absorber uses a compound spring-guided structure, employing a combination of steel springs and rubber in the spring arrangement. This design minimizes self-vibration, reduces efficiency, and maximizes damping. The elastic material is made of high-quality 60Si2Mn spring steel, manufactured according to national Class II standards through heat treatment, quenching, and tempering. This ensures sufficient vertical and radial stiffness in each product, giving the shock absorber exceptionally high elastic limit and fatigue strength. When designing the damping system base, the overall center of gravity of the system and the overall stiffness center of the damper assembly should coincide on the water surface projection plane. If there is a deviation between the positions of the overall center of gravity of the actual damping system and the overall stiffness center of the damper assembly, errors in selection or arrangement will cause uneven stress on each damper.
Efforts should be made to move the positions of the dampers or adjust the selected models to achieve uniform stress on each damper.
The LHZ1 type damping spring damper has a wide load range and strong adaptability. It is a multi-functional, general-purpose vibration isolation product suitable for working environments of 20°C-80°C. Within its normal load range, the natural frequency is between 1.5Hz-5.0Hz, and the damping ratio is 0.065. It is an ideal vibration isolation product for air conditioning, constant temperature equipment, fans, cooling towers, refrigeration units, compressors, water pumps, and other airborne equipment.
